Arron Ray Clark Memorial
Army Spc. Arron Ray Clark Arron was killed on December 5th, 2003 in Baghdad, Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated on his convoy. Arron is our only soldier to have died in the Iraq and Afghanistan war from Chico, CA. and due to his service and sacrifice a fund has been started in his name to honor him. We are raising money to put up a monument in his hometown of Chico, CA. Our goal is to be able to put this battlefield cross up in 20th Street Park here in Chico. If you would like to be involved please call us at 895-8055. We have also provided a link below if you would like to leave a message for Arron or his family. However, ask him about the young man featured near his cash register and a passion is fired in his eyes." Click Here To Read More from ChicoTimes.com |
