Cathy's Sew & Vac has been a family owned and operated business located in Chico, California for over 35 years. We recently moved into a bigger and better location to better serve all of our customers, from Redding and Red Bluff to Yuba City and Marysville. Now we can offer more than just sewing machines and vacuums. And on Valentines Day of 2012 Cathy’s was thrilled to bring Honey Run Quilters and all that entails into our store. Honey Run Quilters featured as a Top Ten Quilt Shop in the Quilt Sampler magazine. Setting them apart from other stores is their selection of fabrics, everything from the latest prints by top designers to silks, wools and organic fabrics. Their style is both modern and traditional, with six women that bring their own unique taste and experience to play. Now, a store within a store, Honey Run Quilters has over 2,000 square feet of fabrics, books, notions and samples. The teaching staff has now joined with Cathy’s to offer a wide variety of classes from garment making to beginning sewing and quilting classes.
